Friendship Brewing Co. And The Caboose Kitchen present Cajun Beer Dinner
Join us for a Cajun feast featuring made from scratch dishes by The Caboose Kitchen that are perfectly paired with Friendship Brews on January 31st, 2022 at 6 pm. Seating is limited.
Four Course Dinner Includes:
- Boudin Balls – Ground Sausage, Celery, Onion, green bell pepper, garlic and rice balled up and coated with Panko breadcrumbs. Deep fried to perfection. Served with; F.Y.I. light lager.
- Chicken and Sausage Gumbo – Braised Chicken thighs, Andouille sausage, rice and cayenne pepper. Served with; ‘Tis a Flesh Wound, a Schwarzbier.
- Cajun Shrimp and Grits – Jumbo Cajun spiced shrimp served over a bed of white cheddar and butter grits topped with Applewood smoked bacon served with garlic bread. Served with; Indeed! A Dark IPA.
- Creole Bread Pudding – Pecan, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg filled bread pudding topped with a creamy whiskey sauce. Served with; Cordial Friendships, a barrel Aged Brown in Wood Hat Black Walnut Cordial Barrels.
