Bruins Extend Patrice Bergeron
The Boston Bruins have agreed to an extension with forward Patrice Bergeron, keeping him with the team until the 2013-14 season. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bergeron was the Bruins’ second round pick in 2003. He’s scored 99 goals and 181 assists over 7 seasons; he tied for the team lead in points last season with 52.
