Old Cross

“Portland, Oregon’s Old Cross hearken back to the best of the 2000s melodic punk scene, pulling influences from AFI, The Used, and Alkaline Trio. They’ve made a name for themselves with their unique blend of power and melody.”- New Noise

“The three-piece create high-octane hybrid music that fuses ‘90s/‘00s California-style punk-pop with darker melodic hardcore.”- Rebel Noise

From the chaotic gloom of the Pacific Northwest, Old Cross pulls influences from the early 2000’s melodic punk scene and bands like AFI, Alkaline Trio and The Used.

The three piece have released one self titled EP in 2018 and the most recent full length Daggers in 2020 on Zomie! Media Records. The new album Dead End Lullabies is set to be released October 25th, 2024.

Old Cross - The Attic

Frontman Chris Hahn says, “I wrote this album in the midst of losing my dad. That depression took me to the darkest corners of Portland at times. I would find myself in the city until the early morning and would try to write as often as possible when I was out. I met so many people going through similar troubles and found camaraderie and support in some of the most unlikely of places. This record is the city through my eyes in those times.“
