The Cardinals will hold a pregame ceremony recognizing local Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholars, with a ceremonial first pitch. Cardinals sponsor, CommunityAmerica Credit Union and Cardinals Care have committed $40,000 annually to fund two Jackie Robinson Foundation College Scholarships. Cardinals Care in partnership with Nike will present three Jackie Robinson Foundation Grants to Jordan Walker’s Walker’s Winners program, the Urban League of Metropolitan Saint Louis, Inc. and The Black Rep. Educational activities about Jackie Robinson will also be available for kids at the Cardinals Care community kiosks located on the main concourse behind Sections 165 and 172.

2026 CARDINALS HALL OF FAME FAN VOTING – ENDS FRIDAY, APRIL 17

In February,George Hendrick, Brian Jordan, Yadier Molina and Albert Pujols were nominated for possible induction into the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame, presented by Edward Jones. The top vote-getter(s) after voting concludes on Friday, April 17 will be selected for induction into the Cardinals Hall of Fame during an enshrinement ceremony on Saturday, September 12. Fans can cast their vote online at cardinals.com/HOF.

2026 CARDINALS 5K – SATURDAY, APRIL 18 AT 8:30 AM

Registration is underway for the 2026 Cardinal 5K on Saturday, April 18 at cardinals.com/5K.

This annual Cardinals 5K run/walk features a family-friendly course through the streets of downtown St. Louis, finishing on Clark Ave, followed by a memorable victory lap around the warning track inside Busch Stadium.  A virtual 5K option is also available, allowing fans across the country to participate from anywhere.

All registered participants will receive an exclusive long-sleeved t-shirt and a commemorative finisher’s medal. Proceeds from the event will benefit Cardinals Care’s Redbird Rookies Youth Baseball and Softball Program and Joe Torre Safe At Home, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic violence and abuse through education.

NEW CONCESSIONS ITEMS & FOOD VENDORS AT BUSCH STADIUM

Fans can enjoy a lineup of new concession offerings that celebrate local favorites and creative twists on classic comfort food, thanks to Sportservice. New items debuting at select concession locations across Busch Stadium include:

  • Fried Gooey Butter Cake – Classic gooey butter cake dipped in funnel cake batter, fried to a golden brown and served with whipped cream and a choice of dessert topping. Available exclusively at Gashouse Grill (Section 150).
  • Hot Dog Burnt Ends – Smoked all‑beef hot dogs cut into bite‑size pieces, glazed with BBQ sauce and served with a side of potato salad. Available at Broadway BBQ (Section 109).
  • Birria Ramen Bowl – Shredded beef tossed in birria sauce and served over ramen noodles with onions, cilantro and a lime wedge. Available at Intentional Wok (Section 103).
  • Big Chicken & Waffles – Our Big Chicken Nashville hot chicken breast served between two warm Belgian waffles, topped with pickles and Big Chicken Sauce. Available at Big Chicken locations in Sections 135 and 358.
  • Souvenir Popcorn Bat – Freshly popped butter style popcorn served in a souvenir bat.
  • Made In The Lou Stand: a new, dedicated concession stand outside Section 146 housing a different local St. Louis restaurant/food vendor each month of the season, each serving up some of their fan-favorites dishes and brining bold hometown flavor straight to the ballpark:
  • Dulce Pop: a local vendor offering fresh, handcrafted ice pops bursting with real flavor with no artificial dyes. Dulce Pop operates four carts throughout the ballpark outside Sections 108 (right field bleachers), 152 (home plate), 240 (1st base loge) and 446 (infield terrace).
