New Beers All Year From Old Bakery Beer!
Brand new year round beers, and a renewed commitment to environmental sustainability
After 7 years with the same 2 year-round beers, we are changing things up a bit. We are introducing our new year round lineup, some beautiful new cans, and increased efforts toward environmental sustainability! Our year round and full seasonal beers will now be sold in printed cans (instead of wrapped cans), which are easier to recycle, all of our year round beers now include Illinois-grown grains, we have committed to making all of our beers vegan from here on out, and of course our beers are still certified organic! PLUS our new Up River IPA gives back a portion of proceeds to Audubon Center at Riverlands to assist in their environmental education and conservation efforts. Join us at the brewery or at one of our upcoming launch events to taste the new beers!
Citrus Wheat – Our flagship from the beginning is an American Wheat brewed with lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, and IL-grown wheat. 4.7% abv, 30 ibu
Blueberry – Our popular Blueberry beers have reached their final form! This Golden Ale is brewed with blueberries and IL-grown oats. 4.5% abv, 20 ibu
Up River IPA – Our clear, but juicy IPA features tropical hop flavors and a soft mouthfeel from the addition of IL-grown oats. A portion of proceeds goes to support Audubon Center at Riverlands. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu
Porter will be back next week and will be available at the brewery in cans and on tap year round. It will be available in stores as a winter seasonal! Bluff City Lager will also now be available at the brewery in cans and on tap all year round!
