The Point Break Festival, an all-new 2-day music festival coming to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront June 1-2, has announced the daily lineups for the event. Featuring more than 20 bands throughout the weekend– including headliners Sublime & Rebelution– the 1st-time festival will take place at 5th Street on the beach.
