PLUSMINUSZERO Set To Release Single “Runner’s High”

Finnish hard rock / metal band Plusminuszero are releasing their new single “Runner’s High” through Downfall Records.

The track is the third single from the band’s upcoming album, with further details still to be announced. “Runner’s High” is an uptempo melodic hard rock / metal song, continuing the band’s first run of releases since forming in Helsinki in 2025.

Although the name is new, the musicians behind it have known each other for a long time. In the early 2000s, members of the group released three full-length albums with a previous band and toured across Finland, playing everything from small bars to major festivals of the time. Years later, that same drive to play heavy music brought them back together.

Plusminuszero started with guitarist Toni Sundström and bassist Ilkka Rasi before vocalist Petri Korhonen and drummer Janne Kaartinen completed the line-up. Since then, the band have been independently recording and mixing new material, returning to the hard rock and metal roots that first shaped them.
