Once-In-A-Lifetime Experiences Up For Bid to Raise Funds for Youth Programs

ST. LOUIS, Mo., July 24, 2026 – Cardinals Care, the charitable foundation of the St. Louis Cardinals, today announced the launch of its Caring for Kids Campaign, a week-long fundraising initiative beginning today that gives fans multiple opportunities to support children throughout the region. Proceeds from the Campaign support Cardinals Care’s year-round efforts to improve the lives of local children through free youth baseball and softball programming, youth ballfield development, and grants that help nonprofit organizations provide essential services to children and families.

Cardinals Care Caring For Kids Campaign

Fans can support the Caring for Kids Campaign in the following ways:

  • Bid on exclusive experiences including:
    • Baseball with Marmol – Meet Cardinals Manager Oli Marmol and present the Line-up card!  
    • Be an All-Star: Meet Home Run Derby Champion, Jordan Walker – and fellow All-Stars Riley O’Brien & Iván Herrera – and treat 29 of your friends to all-inclusive tickets in the All-Star Suite to watch you throw out an honorary first pitch.
    • Cardinals Broadcaster For a Day: Spend a day in the life of a Cardinals Broadcaster with a dugout visit during the pregame media scrum, visit to the Cardinals TV production truck and the Cardinals TV and Radio Booths.
    • Team Fredbird For a Day: Give a young Cardinals fan the chance to step into the spotlight and become an honorary member of Team Fredbird for a game at Busch Stadium.

“For nearly 30 years, Cardinals fans have been incredible partners in helping Cardinals Care create opportunities for children throughout our community,” said Michael Hall, Vice President of Community Relations & Executive Director of Cardinals Care. “Support through the Caring for Kids Campaign helps us continue investing in programs that give kids the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.”

Established in 1997, Cardinals Care gives fans the opportunity to team up with Cardinals players and the organization to support children throughout the community. Since its founding, Cardinals Care has invested more than $36 million in programs that serve local youth, including more than $20 million in grants to nonprofit organizations. The foundation has also built or refurbished 25 youth ballfields and served thousands of children through its Redbird Rookies and Cardinals Nike RBI youth baseball and softball programs.
