Best of Last Week:
New Mutants #19 – Like most of the Hellfire Gala, this was a fun issue. Each installment has dealt with the people in those books and their part of the party. Since the New Mutant’s don’t have a large part of being the face of the nation, most of this was used to tell some side stories while pushing along the pre-gala stories.

Planet-Size X-Men #1 – This was a great issue and set up the future of Arakko and it’s mutants (especially since they have pretty much been ignored since X of Swords). It’ll be interesting how this issue will impact the future of human/mutants relations. My only gripe is this probably should have been the last issue in the reading order, since it explains the fireworks mentioned in every issue.

Star Wars #14 – I got to say that I should be loving War of the Bounty Hunters and I’m really not. The story is very slow since it’s being drawn out over multiple books 1 at a time. This issue focuses on Leia, Chewie, and Lando; if they only had the Lando stuff, it probably would have been better. If something doesn’t happen soon, I will probably stop reading the story until I get to it in the proper order of reading the Star Wars books (I’m still on the last volume of many of the titles).

X-Corp #2 – I really didn’t know if I was going to be a fan of this book, but I’ve liked the 2 issues so far. Madrox is interesting as the botanist of the X-Men and joining the corporate side of the Nation. I’m interested to see who they add to the board and how the Strucker kids stay involved.

Don’t forget, the Krakoa Mutant Tracker is (supposed to be, but not right now) updated weekly as new books come to Marvel Unlimited.
