PRODUCED BY SAM GUAIANA

Streets To Ourselves album cover

The first single “Crash” from Streets To Ourselves sophomore album “The Truth Between Us” is being released today, February 23rd, 2024. The single was produced by Sam Guaiana (Silverstein, Bearings, Intervals, Between You & Me) and mastered by Mike Kalajian (All Time Low, Hot Mulligan, New Found Glory, Thrice).

Singer and Guitarist Daniel Peachy has this to say about the song, “Crash is about how crazy life can be, how fast circumstances can change, and how quickly it can all get out of hand. I was also writing about my feelings of nostalgia and the longing I was experiencing for simpler times, both in my personal life and in the world in general.”

The music video for “Crash” was directed and edited by Daniel Peachy, and filmed by long-time Streets To Ourselves collaborator Josh Tiller of CT Media. The single will be available on all major streaming services.

About Streets To Ourselves:
Hometown: Toronto, ON
Genres: Pop-Punk/Punk Rock
Influences: Blink-182, Sum 41, Neck Deep, Knuckle Puck
Label: Independent

Fun and catchy Pop-Punk is the best way to describe Toronto’s Streets To Ourselves. Founding member and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Peachy started the project as a solo endeavor, releasing an EP followed by a Full-Length album on his own. In 2022 he recorded the forthcoming sophomore album “The Truth Between Us” with acclaimed producer Sam Guaiana (Silverstein, Bearings, Intervals, Between You & Me, Bayside). The album was mastered by Grammy nominated mastering engineer Mike Kalajian (All Time Low, Hot Mulligan, New Found Glory, Thrice, Saves The Day).

Streets To Ourselves

As was always the plan, Peachy then turned the solo project into a full-fledged band, recruiting bassist Sean Tardo and drummer Jesse Formosa. Taking influence from early 2000’s Pop-Punk as well as the more modern crop of bands from the genre, the upcoming new album from Streets To Ourselves is an authentic, energetic, and passionate record that they hope will have a positive effect on listeners. Wasting no time, the band has already begun writing the third Streets To Ourselves album and can’t wait to share everything they have in store, both online and on stage.

What Others Have Said:
“Streets To Ourselves is the brain-child of Toronto multi-instrumentalist, Daniel Peachy an is the result of twenty-five years of band and music industry experience giving nuance to his background in Alternative Rock, Pop-Punk and Emo-led stylistics. Suspension Of Disbelief is an abstract approach to the aforementioned. There is a clear influence from Blink-182’s self-titled album and it’s seminal discordant musings but there is also more. There is an inherent grit with this album and its diverse displays.” – Ear Nutrition

“…gentle melodies, topped with Daniel´s beautiful, almost ethereal voice, lyrics and music that pick up your torn darkened soul and take you to some other place and time, where there is no pain, no stress, no rush, only beauty and inner satisfaction.” – Kraykulla Webzine

“A combination of alternative rock and pop-punk, with a few more acoustic and instrumental moments, the album is primarily a modern take on 1990s alternative music that would appeal very well to fans of Blink 182, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pink Floyd, and Weezer.” – V13

“You know, there are some people that just seem happy and full of energy all the time. I, like most of you, can’t help but hate them a little bit. They’re fascinating to watch, of course, as they go waltz through life with supplies of energy that most others are lost chasing endlessly. This is what Streets To Ourselves sounds like to me.” – Alt77
