Best of Last (few) Week:
Eternals #1: I almost gave up on the issue halfway through…there was a lot of exposition setting up the book, which almost took me out. The second half of the book was a lot better, but it vaguely tied into the Neil Gaiman book, which took me a little to remember what had happened. If there wasn’t a movie coming out, I’d probably have passed on it.
Hellions #8: I love this book; read the full review here.
Marauders #16: Kate and Emma confront Shaw about murdering Kate; they have a little fun with him by turning off his powers. This is setting up the power struggle that’s coming within Hellfire Trading. I’m a huge fan of this series.
M.O.D.O.K.: Head Games #2: M.O.D.O.K. needs help getting some “fake” memories out of his head, so he turns to Tony Stark. It’s a fun issue.
Star Wars: The High Republic #1: A solid intro, but it did spoil the first High Republic novel. Full review here.
Wolverine #8: AKA issue #300. Wolverine finds out that his past is coming back to haunt him…again. What’s Maverick up to? It’s a set up issue, so I’m expecting the next one to be better.
X-Factor #6: The team is investigating the death of Siryn, but she’s not cooperating about the cause when she’s resurrected. It’s setting up an interesting dynamic within the team. This continues to be one of the better X-books.
X-Men #16: As the X-Men deal with the fallout of X of Swords, Cyclops and Marvel Girl decide there needs to be an old school style X-Men team; rather then picking them, the team will be elected by the people of Krakoa. OK issue.

Don’t forget, the Krakoa Mutant Tracker is (supposed to be, but not right now) updated weekly as new books come to Marvel Unlimited.
