Frances Blend 4 is comprised of barrel fermented and aged saison. Fermented entirely from yeast caught in South City St Louis on the fall on 2015, and isolated Brettanomyces from that same yeast capture. For the first time we blended back in Brett fermented saison with the base Frances recipe for added depth and complexity.
This 4th blend consists of 50% Frances that was brewed and put into barrels on September 27th 2021, and 50% Yoo-Iss Brett Saison brewed and put into barrels on September 26th 2022. Pulled out of oak and packaged into green glass bottles and kegs on October 12th 2023 where it was been conditioning and aging since. This saison is an expression of time, care, and evolution; three things monumental in cementing love. ABV 5.5%
Devil’s Heart Of Gold is a barrel-aged wheat wine style ale. Aged 19th months in Stagg Jr barrels resulting in rich notes of butterscotch, caramel and sherry. With flavors of red fruit and rum raisins this beer is a wonderful addition for the winter months. ABV 14.4%
The window to enter will run today through 11/21 at 10PM, pick up 11/22-12/6 during normal business hours (Wed-Thur 4-10PM, Fri 2-11PM Sat 12-11PM, Sun 12-6PM) at the brewery. Winners will be notified on 11/22 by 2PM via email receipt, and your bank account will be charged. Non-winners will not receive a notification.

Bottles are $50 for Devil’s Heart Of Gold plus Oznr fees. Frances bottles are $22 plus Oznr fees. If drawn, your card will be automatically charged and your bottle will be in your Oznr account.
Winning bottles left unclaimed on 12/6 will be forfeited without refund, so please be sure you are able to claim your bottle within the window before entering. We are unable to refund winning entries. Proxies are allowed and assigned upon winning, proxy assignment information is below.

If you choose to assign a proxy, they must be assigned for each bottle they will be picking up. Proxies can pick up for a maximum of 5 additional people (not including their own bottles).
