Here’s a look at the upcoming events for Good News Brewing, including St. Patrick’s Day events, Bingo, Thirsty Thursday Runs, and a coupon code for a burrito.
St. Patrick’s Day
St. Patrick’s Day is one of the biggest “beer” holidays and we love to celebrate with our traditional Irish Red Ale, Dry Irish Stout and Reuben Wood-fired Pizza.
Defiance:
The annual Defiance St. Patrick’s Day Party will kickoff with a 5K run/walk that begins and ends at Good News Defiance. Race participants will finish off the race with a green beer and a passport for a free drink to the other local wineries/bars. Stick around for the parade that starts at 12pm followed by live music, food trucks and vendors in the town square. Traffic will be busy so arrive early and hop on a free shuttle at the wineries. Good News Defiance will also have live folk music 1-4pm
O’Fallon:
Want to avoid the traffic? Join us at Good News O’Fallon where you can still get the same Belgian Green, Irish Red, Irish Stout, and Reuben Pizza. Good News O’Fallon will have live music 1-4pm
Bingo For A Cause
February Bingo was postponed because of the weather. Join us Wednesday 3/9/22 in Defiance to help Birthright Wentzville. Tickets are required and include 10 rounds of Bingo and a pizza buffet.
MAD Dream Builders (Making a Difference), a Habitat for Humanity of St Charles Women Build Team is the charity sponsor for the March Bingo Night. Proceeds from the event will support Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County. The mission of Habitat for Humanity is to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
Good News: Thirsty Thursdays are back again for 2022! Fleet Feet St. Louis & Good News Brewing will once again host a series of timed 5K pub runs so we can enjoy two of our favorite activities: running and beer! One Thursday a month from March through October, we will have a professionally timed race on the Katy Trail from Good News Brewing in Defiance, MO. The course will be an out and back on the Katy Trail with an open start line format to allow for social distancing and commute times. All registrants 21 & older will receive a free beer from Good News for some post-race refreshment, and Good News will also be offering extended bar hours and a pizza buffet for purchase. We also have some sweet swag available for purchase during registration. Sign up now to join us on one (or more!) of our Thirsty Thursday 5Ks!
