Press Release: St. Charles Craft Beer Week

Right in Your Own Backyard

Eight Breweries in St. Charles County Show Off What They Do Best

St. Charles County Craft Beer Week kicks off Tuesday, April 23

No need to venture too far when a week of beer-centric events is happening “Right in Your Own Backyard.”  Each of the eight St. Charles County breweries are brewing a stout using the same recipe, and then adding their own unique twist.  The breweries are releasing these stouts on different days so you can sample them at each venue.

The focus of this week is not solely craft beer, rather a showcase of fun things to do in St. Charles County while enjoying a locally made, hand-crafted beer.  Other SCCBW events include a Katy Trail Bike Ride (Good News Brewing), a Mac & Cheese Cook-Off (Shamrock’s Pub & Grill), and a Disc Golf Tournament at Quail Ridge Park in Wentzville, just to name a few.  Keep up to date on all SCCBW events at its Facebook page, www.facebook.com/stccbw
