Inspired by a literal mosaic of progressive influences, his heart lies in world change, not in meshing with any current cultural fashion. His latest single “Greed” is a scathing indigtment on the status quo, showcasing him as a rare truthteller speaking against monolithic obstacles. “Greed” is a 4-track EP in the spirit of classic artists like Bob Dylan, who has no issue with calling out authority at any turn. The music is folk rock-based, with a whispery rasp of bold and brave ringing out over raw, deep life experience and musicality. Garfield is, without a doubt, an everyman who stands for the voiceless– the lyricism is boundless, uncensored and motivational at it’s core. _“From Woody Guthrie to Bad Bunny and all in between, I’ve always been inspired by artists who use their platform to promote a more just, peaceful and equitable world. As Bertolt Brecht put it, ‘Art is not a mirror held up to reality, but a hammer with which to shape it.'”_   Tom’s work is visceral and based on the core power of human obsevation, philosophical awareness and compassion. “Greed” is available now.   [_**Stream on Bandcamp.**_](https://tomgarfield.bandcamp.com/album/greed)   **More Info:** **Artist Name:** Tom Garfield**Location:** USA **Release Title:** Greed **Release Date:** July 4, 2026 **Label:** Independent **Musician Names/Instruments:** Tom Garfield, guitar, vocal, MIDI **Producer Name(s):** Tom Garfield **Genre(s):** rock, alternative, political, topical, singer-songwriter **Tracklist:** Greed, The Rest Of Us, Somebody Special, Let’s Go Back   Bandcamp: [https://tomgarfield.bandcamp.com/album/greed](https://tomgarfield.bandcamp.com/album/greed )   **Artist Biography: ** Tom Garfield is a life-long community artist/activist supporting the work of urban schools, community agencies, and cultural organizations.
