Friendship Brewing Co Announced A Mexican Beer Dinner

On May 9th, 2022 @ 6pm, Join us for an evening experience inspired by the colorful and flavorful culture of Mexico. The Caboose Kitchen will be serving made from scratch dishes while our head brewer pairs all four courses with a Friendship beer to best complement each dish in entirety!

MENU  

Appetizer:
SHRIMP AND CITRUS CEVICHE
Shrimp, serrano pepper, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon, zested lime, scallions and tomato ceviche served with house fried white corn tortilla chips.  
Beer Pairing: Salida Lima- Salted Lime Lager  

Soup:
PORK POSOLE ROJO
Rich, succulent pork combined with white corn hominy, guajillo pepper and ancho pepper topped with onion, avocado, lime, radishes and cilantro.  
Beer Pairing: No Problem- Hazy IPA (NEIPA)  

Entree:
POLLO AND PORCINI FLAUTAS
Flute shaped deep fried flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken, porcini mushrooms, green onion and chihuahua cheese. Topped with crema, guacamole and smoked salsa.  
Beer Pairing: Thirsty Amiga- Mexican Amber Lager  

Dessert:
TRES LECHE CAKE
Mexican cake soaked in three kinds of milk, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.   
Beer Pairing: Graceland Kingnut- Porter
