Cardinals And Convoy of Hope Partner To Help Venezuela Earthquake Relief

CARDINALS AND CONVOY OF HOPE PARTNER TO HELP SUPPORT EARTHQUAKE RELIEF EFFORTS IN VENEZUELA

Team to Donate a Portion of All Tickets Sold on July 10 & 11 for Any Remaining 2026 Cardinals Game to Missouri-Based, International Humanitarian Organization

ST. LOUIS, Mo., July 10, 2026 – The St. Louis Cardinals, Cardinals Care, and Convoy of Hope are uniting to support relief efforts in Venezuela, the home country of Cardinals catcher Pedro Pagés and bullpen catcher Kleininger Teran, following the two destructive earthquakes that severely impacted the country on June 24.

To help raise awareness and funds in the tragic aftermath, the Cardinals have announced that the team will donate a portion of proceeds on all single-game tickets sold on Saturday, July 11, or Sunday, July 12 for any remaining 2026 Cardinals regular season game.

The funds will be donated to Convoy of Hope, a Missouri-based international humanitarian organization with boots on the ground in Venezuela that is providing life-sustaining immediate relief, including food and water from mobile kitchens and is committed to helping families and communities devastated by the disaster from the long-haul.

Cards Care, the charitable arm of the St. Louis Cardinals, will also make its own donation to Convoy of Hope.

“The devastation in Venezuela is heartbreaking. So many people have lost their lives, and so many people are now living in tents because their homes are too unsafe to live in,” said Ethan Forhetz, Vice President of Public Engagement at Convoy of Hope. “Since the earthquakes, Convoy of Hope has been delivering food, water and relief supplies to survivors, and will continue to for the long haul. Convoy is grateful to the Cardinals and their fans for partnering with us to deliver hope to the people of Venezuela during a very difficult time.”

Fans can also support relief efforts by donating directly to Convey of Hope and/or the American Red Cross by visiting cardinals.com/venezuela. Donations of any amount are welcome and funds raised will help in a multitude of ways, including:

  • $15 – Provides a Baby Care Kit to a disaster survivor
  • $50 – Helps provide essential relief supplies to a family of four for a day (food, water, hygiene items)
  • $50 – Provides a Disaster Relief Clean-Up Kit full of cleaning supplies for a disaster survivor
  • $350 – Helps provide essential relief supplies to a family of four for a week (food, water, hygiene items)
  • $500 – Helps provide 10 families with a Disaster Relief Clean-Up Kit
