EP Produced by Michael Rozon (Ministry, Jerry Cantrell, Melvins, The Jesus Lizard)
“Comes off as Hot Water Music meets The Replacements, it’s a punk tribute full of melody, emotion, and power.” – New Noise
“Sugary hooks of Doughboys and Samiam with punchy arrangements…– No Echo
“Emerging force in the punk/power-pop scene…” – Puremzine
Los Angeles melodic punk outfit For Closure returns with Take Two, a concise yet powerful three-song EP arriving September 12, 2025 on Mindpower Records. The release follows their acclaimed 2024 debut full-length Cliffside Serenades and offers a snapshot of a band both sharpening its songwriting and celebrating its influences.
Produced by Michael Rozon—a longtime For Closure collaborator whose credits include work with Ministry, Jerry Cantrell, Melvins, The Jesus Lizard, and more—Take Two features two compelling original tracks and a reimagined cover of Canadian punk legends Doughboys’ 1989 classic “In My Head.”
For Closure has kept a busy live schedule, including their first West Coast tour in spring 2025.
