It is the record that cemented the Stones reputation as “the Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World.” The album has appeared on many lists of the greatest albums of all time, including by Rolling Stone, and it was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1999. Hits from the disc include “Sympathy for the Devil” and “Street Fighting Man.” The band will also remake/remodel a few gems from the late ’60s Stones canon.
