The BRKN Release A New Song and Video for “Coffee”

The BRKN release a new song and video for “Coffee” out on January 11.

Touring with the Dangerous Summer throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, and the USA in 2022

“bright and punchy indie pop awaits all those who venture into The BRKN’s sophomore EP. With direct nods to The 1975 and others in the modern pop/rock space, Come Outside is an invitation to dwell in our depths; to spread our wings and fly high, sweep low, and embrace everything in-between” – Atwood Magazine

The three-piece Denver band continues to stretch the boundaries of their sound with their new song “Coffee” out on January 11. Get it at your favorite platform here – https://ingrv.es/coffee-udx-nh

The BRKN is Jacob Cade [vocals, guitar], Mike Bokenkamp [drums], and MJ Younkers [guitar.] When asked about the new song the band explains, “Coffee feels like a large step in the direction of better song for not only us as a band but for me as an individual. I really believe in this one… it feels special,” says Cade. “Coffee is a different song compared to what we’ve made before. The song jumps from low dynamic chuggy guitar verses to wide-open choruses and back very quickly. This one is so fun to play live and is quickly becoming one of my new favorites.” Younkers who also directed the video for the track adds.  Bokenkamp finishes, “Coffee is probably one of my favorite songs we’ve written so far. It’s a ton of fun to play and it reminds me of my favorite morning beverage.”

The band is excited to get back on the road and will be touring with The Dangerous Summer in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the USA in 2022. “I’m incredibly thankful to TDS for having us out on tour again. This run is the biggest thing we’ve ever done collectively and as individuals. It’s gonna be an experience and I cannot wait to get out there,” says frontman Cade.

The BRKN released their debut EP in March of 2020, followed by Come Outside in June of 2021.   Their songs have amassed over 500k views and streams. Hear more from them here – https://open.spotify.com/album/2xnPw22w4GpUvVIpLEzgbx
